Mediterrean Tuscany- a garden for naturalists

At Riparbella (PI) there’s an oasis dedicated to those who wish to live the emotion of a direct contact with nature. A centre for environmental education and a didactic workshop. "Il Giardino" offers the chance of getting to know the nature of these sites through highly suggestive wildlife and botanical itineraries.
Once the realm of woodcutters and charcoal makers serving the ancient Cecina ironworks, this territory is now the perfect spot for observing wild boar, fallow deer and roe deer, and becoming acquainted with the myriad aspects of the Mediterranean maquis.

The visiting periods are May/July and September/October; the days scheduled for visits are Wednesday and Saturday, with entrance at 8.30.
